The medical imaging technologies for diagnostic purposes have increased significantly in the last three decades. This has been marked by the development of CT (Computed Tomography) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) that can produce high resolution and high dimensionality images. Those images are presented as a set of two dimensional image sequences. In order to equip medical staff to better analyse the images, a visualization system is needed. In this research, a software that can transform the medical datasets into a three dimensional visualization has been developed. This software is also integrated with system information that can provide information regarding the images and also the patients. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Kemajuan dunia penggambaran medikal untuk keperluan diagnosa telah mampu menghasilkan gambar beresolusi tinggi seperti CT (Computed Tomography) maupun MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). Gambar-gambar tersebut memberikan informasi data tiga dimensi dari pasien yang disajikan dalam bentuk suatu set irisan gambar dua dimensi. Karena itu diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat menyajikan tumpukan gambar dua dimensi tersebut dalam suatu visualisasi tiga dimensi sehingga dapat membantu staf medis untuk memberikan diagnosa yang lebih akurat. Dalam penelitian ini telah dikembangkan suatu perangkat lunak yang dapat mentransformasikan kumpulan gambar medikal dua dimensi ke dalam suatu visualisasi tiga dimensi. Perangkat lunak tersebut juga diintegrasikan dengan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan detil gambar maupun informasi-informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan pasien.
